Cold rolled DX51+Z structural steel; Hot-dip galvanized – Sendzimir System; External 25µ polyester pre-coating; Internally primed with 10µ coating; Top sheet thickness: ± 0.34 mm - ± 0.42 mm - ± 0.62 mm; Bottom sheet thickness: ± 0.34 mm - ±0.42 mm.

All panels are lined internally and externally with a protective PVC film that must be removed following installation.

CERTIFICATIONS
The tests for the panel certification from Tecno-Pan are being done by the company Tecnalia, according to the European standard for sandwich panels [EN 14509]
THE TESTS REQUESTED BY TECNO-PAN ARE:
Thermal resistance according EN 14509 Annex A.10.
Air permeability. Test according EN 12114.
Dimensional tolerance. Test according EN 14509 Anex D.
Water permeability. Test according EN 12865 (600Pa)
Sound Insulation to the air noise. Test according EN ISO 140-3.
Fire reaction test. Test according EN 13823, EN ISO 119-2.
Behavior to the external fire from the covering. Test according EN 1187.
Metallic face: Metallic materials. Tests for traction EN 10002-1
